Programs

How I can help.

You decide how much support you need, from a single starting-point session to longer-term coaching. Once we’ve had the free intro call, I’ll send you a personalized proposal.

Start

Starting-point session

Get clear on your goal, your time, and how you learn before you invest in methods that don’t fit.

What happens

  • What’s the goal, and what’s the deadline?
  • How much time do you realistically have?
  • What has helped you learn in the past, and what has held you back?

What we work toward: a realistic study plan and clarity on your next steps.

Strategy

Study and exam strategy

Methods that fit your material and the way you think.

What happens

  • Break down what the exam requires
  • Structure the material and connect the pieces
  • Test methods on real assignments

What we work toward: a strategy you can rely on, even under pressure.

Daily life

Focus and organization

For anyone whose real challenge isn’t the studying itself but everything around it.

What happens

  • Look honestly at your week: where is there real time?
  • Set study blocks and routines
  • Tackle distractions and energy drains

What we work toward: routines designed for busy weeks.

Tools

AI in your own learning

Summarize, quiz, fact-check: AI can do a lot once you know how to use it.

What happens

  • Find where AI can genuinely help you learn
  • Spot typical AI mistakes
  • Build your own routine for checking answers

What we work toward: the confidence to use AI in ways that move you forward.

FAQ

Good to know.

I’m in my 40s or 50s. Is it still worth it?

Absolutely. Adults learn differently than teenagers, but not worse. Often it’s about swapping old study habits for ones that work better for you now.

How often do we meet?

That depends on your goal and your schedule. We’ll decide together after the starting-point session.

Can we meet in the evening or online?

Yes. I work in person in the Stuttgart area, online, or hybrid, whatever fits your calendar.

Do you help with the subject matter?

I focus on how you learn, so I’m not a subject-matter instructor. But we work with your real material, so every strategy is practical right away.

What does coaching cost?

The intro call is free and comes with no obligation. If you’d like ongoing coaching, I’ll send you a personalized proposal based on your goals and the scope of support.

Which one sounded like you?

Send me a quick note about what you’re studying and where you’re stuck. In a free intro call, we’ll figure out the next step.
